New Clients

A £25 deposit is required to secure all first appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment and is non refundable if appointments are cancelled outside of the policy below.

Payment details will be sent upon booking.

Cancellations, No Shows and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment time.

As a small business, appointment times are reserved especially for you and late changes often mean I am unable to fill that space. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments/no-shows, will incur a £25 charge.

Any outstanding fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

Appointments may be rescheduled once without charge. Further changes to the same appointment may incur a £10 administration fee.

Please note that late arrivals may result in treatment time being shortened or your appointment being rescheduled if there is insufficient time available.
