New Clients

A none-refundable deposit of £25 is required when you book your first treatment with me. To pay this send a message requesting bank details which will be promptly sent to you.

Cancellations, No Shows and Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling appointments can be done up to 48 hours before your appointment time. This is to ensure that your appointment time can be filled. Any cancellations after this time will be charged a £25 fee. If you fail to attend your appointment and do not give 48 hours notice, a £25 fee will be charged. You will be unable to rebook any services with me in the future until this cancellation or no show fee is paid.
You will be able to reschedule each appointment once, any further attempts to reschedule the same appointment will incur a £10 fee.

All new clients and cancellation/rebooking fees are payable by bank transfer.

You agree to all of the above terms when booking your appointment with me.
